➤ Fix your sleep schedule - Go to bed at same time (or) Wake up at same time. Don't use Alarm. Get up only when your slept fully/completely.

➤ Drink 2-3 glasses of water when you wake up. Cut off your distractions, focus on what to do right know. Not about tommorow or future.

➤ Do Breating Exersices twice a day. Exersice for 10-15 min, like walking, running etc. play outdoor sport.

➤ Divide the work to do in day. Break down tasks what to do in morining and evening.

➤ Travel and meet people make new friends, talk on similar things both likes.

➤ Don't take hard on yourself. Health is most important than anything. deadlines are usefull.

➤Take life as responsibilty, Try different things.
